Summary
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting a third Five-Year Review of Novak Sanitary Landfill Superfund Site located in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. EPA inspects sites regularly to ensure that cleanups conducted remain fully protective of public health and the environment. Prior reviews have determined the cleanup remedy was protective for the short term.
