Public Notice NYU119501:  Draft Permit for Minard Run Oil Company

Summary:

Minard Run Oil Company, 609 South Avenue, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701 has applied to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the provisions of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. 300f et. seq (the Act), for an Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit to continue the operation of its Class II disposal well to inject brine produced from its natural gas production operations.  This notice is being given to inform the public that EPA has prepared a draft permit, and to solicit public comment.
